The radar technology company Acconeer AB was one of three companies named Cool Vendor in Novel Sensors in Gartners 2018 Cool Vendors research report. Acconeers radar sensor is based on a unique patented technology enabling millimeter accuracy with very low power consumption with a footprint of only 29 mm2. The small size and low power consumption are ideal for integration into compact battery- driven and mobile devices.

Initially the agreement includes the sensor A1 and the evaluation kit XC112 / XR112 and covers the Chinese market.

The radar technology company Acconeer AB has signed a distribution agreement with Uniquest, the largest distributor of electronic components in South Korea. Initially the agreement includes the A1 product and covers the South Korean market. Uniquest has been a close partner to Acconeer over the past years, both as a large shareholder and help in addressing South Korean customers.

Funds will enable completion of its 3D sensor A1 for commercial launch and mass production

Acconeer AB, a leading innovation company in the area of mobile sensors, announces that it has closed a SEK 60 million investment round. The new capital will be used to fund the completion of Acconeer's 3D sensor A1 for commercial launch and mass production, which is planned for early 2017.
